How we use your details
This is a short notice for the sign-up forms and the contact form. A full privacy policy will be published before 31 December 2026.
- What we collect. What you type into the form: your email, and where you give them your name, institute, programme, role or message. When you agree, we also record the date.
- Why. To reply to you, and to write to you when digital identities open on 31 December 2026. We do not sell your details.
- Your institute. If you name an institute, we may tell that institute how many of its alumni have signed up, without names. We do not share your name or email with it unless you ask us to.
- Who handles it for us. Brevo stores your email and sends our messages. Cloudflare hosts this site and checks that forms are filled in by people.
- Your choices. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time. Write to namaste@yogateachers.info. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- Grievances. [PLACEHOLDER: name and email of the grievance contact]
